I want to draw your attention to that fact that nowadays it is very important to be fit. I like my healthy way of life and i am also trying to eat only healthy meal. I advice you to forget about fast food if you really want to look great.Also it is necessary to do different exercises every day.You should tell yourself that you are not a lazy person but you have a strong soul.And in conclusion i want to add that there is no elevator to succes you should use stairs to reach it.
