Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tea spoons of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 fresh egg
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl, then mix egg and milk with a mixer in the other bowl. Pour milk and egg into the bowl with sugar, flour and cocoa and mix well to make batter.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the batter on the frying pan and cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Flip, and cook one more minute on the opposite side. Serve your pancakes with yogurt, syrup or honey.
